- At Silverado, we aim to minimize the unneeded shipment and subsequent return of gear that was mis-configured or unnecessarily ordered. We would be very pleased to offer you pre-sales consulting on any configuration that you may have questions about.
- We know that manufacturers warranties vary greatly. All sales are subject to manufacturers warranties. Silverado cannot warranty items sold past the manufacturers original warranty unless extended service plans are purchased.
- We don't charge return fees to make money, but to recoup costs charged to us by distributors and manufacturers of the gear we sell. Returns of unopened and saleable hardware are subject to a restocking fee of 5-25%. The fee charged will depend on the policies of the manufacturer of the item returned.
- Many of our items are custom configured at an expense of many technician hours, or items may originate overseas from one of our foreign equipment partners. Custom-built or special orders may not be returned.
- Many manufacturers and distributors do not allow the return of pre-packaged software. Sales of all software are final.
- If you have a problem with your gear that we might be able to assist with, we encourage you to send it back after obtaining authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping on all returned goods.
